Eddie Munster Paul Ryan:
The president’s new at this. He’s new at government. He’s not steeped in the long running protocols that establish the relationships between DOJ, FBI and White Houses.
So, Eddi…I mean, Speaker Ryan, just when can we expect that new president stench to wear off? We need to know, because, Lordy, like the gastrointestinally-delicate James Comey, we are really nauseous!

It appears that Twitler’s lawyer has convinced him to not tweet during the Comey testimony and allow him to be his mouthpiece. Lawyering up or lawyering down?
From JOE PATRICE at The Atlantic:
Donald Trump’s personal attorney Marc Kasowitz is in a curious position.
Hiring a New York civil litigator for the highest of high-profile government investigations would seem, to most people, completely insane. Equally insane would be sending a lawyer out to deliver a ridiculous, wooden statement at the National Press Club that only puts a further spotlight on their client’s troubles.

From mildly nauseous James Comey‘s statement (read the statement in its entirety at POLITICO):
January 27 Dinner
The President and I had dinner on Friday, January 27 at 6:30 pm in the Green Room at the White House. He had called me at lunchtime that day and invited me to dinner that night, saying he was going to invite my whole family, but decided to have just me this time, with the whole family coming the next time. It was unclear from the conversation who else would be at the dinner, although I assumed there would be others.
It turned out to be just the two of us, seated at a small oval table in the center of the Green Room. Two Navy stewards waited on us, only entering the room to serve food and drinks.

As the White House braces for former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony Thursday, sources tell ABC News the relationship between President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions has become so tense that Sessions at one point recently even suggested he could resign.

From the New York DAILY NEWS:
A close ally of President Trump and the husband of one of his top advisers took to Twitter to bash the President’s Twitter habits on Monday, warning that Trump was undercutting his own legal standing in the court fight for his travel ban in order for short-term emotional gratification.
George Conway, Kellyanne Conway’s husband who recently took his name out of the running for a top Department of Justice job, tweeted Monday morning that Trump was hurting himself.

Anyone of you kids gonna watch the new Megyn Kelly show tonight? Nah, me either. Here are a few things to remember about Roger Ailes’s enthusiastic acolyte as NBC tries to whitewash her record.
From MEDIA MATTERS:
Kelly frequently hosted hate group leaders and extremists on her Fox News show
