From THE HILL:
Vanity Fair faced sharp criticism on Wednesday from supporters of Hillary Clinton after the magazine posted a video with “New Year’s resolutions” for the former presidential candidate that included retiring from politics.
A video posted on the magazine’s Twitter account Tuesday featured Vanity Fair writers suggesting new hobbies for the 2016 Democratic nominee, including “knitting” and taking “more photos in the woods.”

From The Daily Dot:
A tweet from White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders last year shortly before the presidential election has a bit of a different meaning after President Donald Trump blasted the FBI on Twitter over the weekend.
On Nov. 3 last year, Sanders wrote: “When you’re attacking FBI agents because you’re under criminal investigation, you’re losing,” presumably a jab at then-candidate Hillary Clinton amid the FBI making announcements regarding new findings in the investigation into her private email server.
But with Trump’s numerous tweets attacking the FBI on Sunday, the tweet has gained some new life.

Updated | The top Democrat on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has asked the FBI to review the use of private email by Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner to determine if either of them sent or stored classified or sensitive information.
In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Thursday, Representative Elijah Cummings said, “I am writing to request that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) conduct a security review to determine whether any classified or sensitive information was transmitted or stored on private email accounts or nongovernmental servers by senior White House officials—including but not limited to Senior Advisor to the President Jared Kushner, and Advisor to the President Ivanka Trump.” He also called for the FBI to “determine whether any of these nongovernmental systems or private devices were or are vulnerable to attack by cyber criminals.”

During her very first day at Fox News, former contributor for TheBlaze (and current Obamacare beneficiary) Tomi Lahren inadvertently suggested that she and the network are persistent in covering the Hillary Clinton email non-scandal perhaps cynical reasons.
During an appearance on Sean Hannity’s show last, Lahren justified the network’s continuous coverage of a scandal — one that has had no newsworthy developments and pertains to a political figure who has been out of the spotlight for almost a year — by depicting it as retribution for covering President Donald Trump’s potential collusion with Russia during the 2016 election.

From ABIGAIL TRACY at VANITY FAIR:
While Donald Trump and his surrogates were loudly campaigning against Robert Mueller on Twitter and on TV, the special counsel and his team of F.B.I. investigators has been quietly building their case, the details of which burst into public view Wednesday when The Washington Post reported that the bureau searched the home of Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort in a dramatic pre-dawn raid at the end of last month.
The raid, which occurred one day after Manafort met with the Senate Intelligence Committee, indicates that the Justice Department investigation has entered a heightened stage—and that Mueller is willing to use any investigative tools at his disposal to determine the extent of the Russian government’s interference in the presidential election

From the DAILY BEAST:
Attorney General Jeff Sessions has no plans to leave office, as friends say he’s grown angry with President Donald Trump following a series of attacks meant to marginalize his power and, potentially, encourage his resignation.
“Sessions is totally pissed off about it,” said a Sessions ally familiar with his thinking. “It’s beyond insane. It’s cruel and it’s insane and it’s stupid.”
Uh-oh! Little Ernie…I mean, Little BeauBeau is pissed off! Ever see The Help, Twitler? Better not eat the cookies…especially the chocolate ones, no matter how beautiful they are.
