The Department of Justice claims Attorney General Jeff Sessions was “instructed” not to disclose meetings with foreign dignitaries.
Sessions, who met with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak at least twice last year, didn’t list those interactions on his security clearance application because he was told he didn’t need to, according to the DOJ. The forms require applicants to list any contacts with a foreign government or its representatives.
“As a United States senator, the attorney general met hundreds — if not thousands — of foreign dignitaries and their staff,” DOJ’s Deputy Director of Public Affairs Ian Prior said in a statement. “In filling out the SF-86 form, the attorney general’s staff consulted with those familiar with the process, as well as the FBI investigator handling the background check, and was instructed not to list meetings with foreign dignitaries and their staff connected with his Senate activities.”
Color me confoozled. So, Beauregard didn’t even exist before he was being considered for Attorney General? It seems to me a yes-or-no question. Did you meet with foreign dignitaries? I’m sure there must have been a space to explain that answer. Amirite?
During his confirmation process, Sessions claimed under oath he did not have any contact with any part of the Russian government before or after the 2016 election. That turned out not to be the case.

I call sessions a little beady eyed snake. Well snakes are sneaky. I read somewhere that he has a huge financial investment in the private prison system. I have no idea if that’s “fake” news or not but that probably needs to be investigated. I think he looks to be a heavy drinker as well- at times he has a very rosy face.

Of course his excuses don’t make sense. He’s trapped and in a panic, and bullshitting frantically in all directions hoping something will stick — but all it ever hits is the fan. No thickness of fudge can mask the stench.
I wonder if all this talk of witch-hunts is making Christine O’Donnell nervous, wherever she is.
I thought maybe I was missing something. Even if he was meeting Russians in his capacity as Senator, why wouldn’t he report that? I don’t know how nervous he is, because as long as the Rethugs are in charge, he won’t be charged with anything. Maybe the thought of 2018 midterms is giving him a little agita.
I miss the fun days of Christine and the various other nutjobs. Now we have to deal with treasonous assholes, white supremacists and Nazis out to destroy the country.

I just wanted to give you props for coming up with the phrase “Instruction of Justice”. I just came up with it for my DailyPuma blog and wondered how close to first I was. I did a google search of the phrase with quotes around it and there are only 47 listings, and only a couple are based on political issues.
